History of project
1)Russia, Siberia, Tyumen-Torgili refinery project-2007:
Tyumen province in southern Russia, Nizhniy within the province of tavdiniski 280hek Torgilini oil refinery project. in areas including oil reserves, 1km. refinery construction in close proximity to the main oil pipeline planned.
